Nature Walk
Getting outside and experiencing nature in itself is a wonderful activity. A nature walk of Kollimalai can take you to beautiful picturesque spot like Botanical Garden a famous place with varieties of flowers, eco friendly cottages and Rose Garden. From here, you can see two attractive spots, Mini Falls and the Main Falls (also known as Kolli Falls or Aagaya Gangai). The falls is the main tourism spot to visit in Kolli hills. To reach the Aagaya Gangai falls, you should walk down by steps (steep down, nearly 45 to 60 minutes of walk). Try to use all five senses (sight, smell, feel, taste, and hear) in your nature walk.
Rappelling
Rappelling is the controlled descent down a rope. Climbers use this technique when a cliff or slope is too steep and or dangerous to descend without protection. In kollimalai you can do rappelling in Agaya gangai waterfalls which attracts many tourists who like Rappelling and in Siddhar cave.

Cave exploration

Consistent with our goal of utilizing adventure activities to access unique natural environments, cave exploration has become one of our most popular activities. Kollimalai has the darkness of a vast underground chamber on foot, or floating on a river. Arappaleeswar Temple is famous for cave exploration. You can see numerous Tamil inscriptions belonging to the Chola period. From here you can reach Siddhar cave where the medicine sages once resided. Some caves are very small and can clutch only two people at a time. Some people have chanced across mortars and stones that were used by these ancient medicine men. The nearby groves flourish in medicinal herbs. No experience is required, as this unique exploration do not involve technical caving.
Star gazing
Star gazing is simply observing the stars in the night sky. It is an activity that can be done any time of the year, and can be enjoyed by couples, families, a group of friends, or alone. There is no special equipment to buy, and it can be done almost anywhere during nights. Star gazing is as much a part of current culture as it was thousands of years before. Camp fire
A campfire is a fire lit at a campsite, usually in a fire ring. Watching local folklore/Folk dance with campfire
The term folklore is generally used to refer to the traditional beliefs, myths, tales, and practices of a people who have been disseminated in an informal manner. Folktale is a story or legend forming parts of an oral tradition in Kollimalai, generally part of the oral tradition of a group.
